Compassionate Caregivers is a company who carefully screens and trains caregivers before caring for a client. Each caregiver must undergo a National and Local criminal background checks, DMV, and personal and professional reference checks as well as a third party consumer reporting agency background check through CHECKR. All COMPASSIONATE CAREGIVERS® are bonded, insured, and covered by Workers’ Compensation insurance for our clients’ peace-of-mind.

In 2002, more than 12,800 people over age 65 died and 1.6 million were treated in emergency departments because of falls. Falls are often due to hazards that are easy to overlook but easy to fix. This checklist will help you find and fix those hazards in your home. A home safety assessment is an evaluation of your home to identify and eliminate potential hazards. Compassionate Caregivers will provide a free Home Safety Evaluation by a qualified clinician.
